"Omigoodness, I was in the other day to get a sandwich & Emily, the girl who helped me was phenomenal! She was sweet & empathetic & I was very impressed with her service. Luis was there right beside her & was very nice as well so I wanted to say thank you to both. I love your store, everybody is very nice but thank you for this outstanding deli service & thank you for letting me hang out with Emily, she's such a sweetheart. I worked in the deli at Bel Air about a hundred years ago. I remember the young lady who trained me telling me to make the sandwiches like I would make sandwiches for my children so that's the standard I have set. Thank you Emily for meeting that expectation & for being so awesome! When I spoke to the manager on duty, she wrote a bunch of notes on my receipt which I am totally thankful for because I lose & forget things & of course I've lost that receipt but thank you for taking the time to help me out! Thank all you guys so much!!!"
